Homemade PlayDough

Today I read a wonderful post about homemade play dough and just could not resist it. I needed to try. I promise you how easy it is. For those of you who do not read Norwegian, here is the translation of the recipe:

3 dl flour
2.5 dl water
1 dl salt
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 ts cream of tartar
food colorings of your choice

just mix it all together (except coloring), divide to so many parts how many colors you will make and add colors separately to each part. Mix well. After that warm it on a stove, stirring constantly. You will notice when it gets thicker. Then it is ready. Use some extra flour on the table and roll the dough and mix well again. Let cool. And PLAY! Remember to store in a container or a plastic wrap to avoid drying.

The dough is so nice to touch. It is so soft and nice! Try it. If my instructions are not clear, check out this video.

Have a nice time playing!
PS. Oh, yes! Try to avoid whole grain flour (yeah, I apparently did not have the normal one). It is still ok, but not everybody like seeds and stuff in their playdough :-))
