Long time, no see
I know I did not write any post for more than a week now, and I am very sorry about it. Meanwhile, I was extremely inspired at work, so I am enjoying it while it lasts. My leg is much better, tomorrow I am going to a check up. Also I found a great autumn in-between seasons jacket that arrived today. I love it, it is dark blue and it looks pretty on me. I am happy!

The yarn positive!
Today I was inspecting my yarn boxes, and what o you think happened when Santiago and Greta came upstares. This looks like a yarn-therapy to me. They look so cozy.
Oh, yes. the result of my inspection is the conncusion that I have way to much yarn and I decided that I am not allowed to buy any more (unless needed in already started project) before I finish everything! Or... unless somebody wants to make me a yarn-present.

Raw homemade chocolate
Inspired by the raw chocolate recipe from Hole. But I did not have most of the ingredients, so I made my own version of it. Here it is.
3/4 jar raw cacao bliss
2 spoons cacao nibs
4 spoons agave nectar
2 spoons activated barley
2 vanilla beans (contents)
a pinch of Himalaya salt
It tastes good! But I could not eat more than 2 at a time. I guess it is good, too! :-)

The pumpkin
I could not resist the pumpkin today. I just saw it and I thought it should be ours. I found a great recipe to make a pumpkin pie. I am not a big fun of Halloween, so any other ideas of what I can do with it?

Pileable candleholders

Those nice candleholders can be piled and stacked in any possible way. They are even called astack. This is part of my parents´present to me for my upcoming birthday. They took a nice place in the entrance area on top of the psychedelic color table together with a nice branch from a tree. I know, the walls are supposed to be white, I still did not time to paint the entrance.
The fridge in the kitchen gets more important things to reming me. About hope, gratitude and being myself.

More yarn in the house
It feels like Christmas. Wonderful merino wool and woolsilk are here. Greta took them carefully out of the package and smelled them. So cozy!

1.september
Today is the first day of autumn, even though some trees are becoming yellow and red duning the last week already. 6 degrees in the morning, and 25 in the evening. Unedpected showers almost everyday out of the clear sky. Greta got a rose from a political party, and that reminds me that I have to sit and read all those political brochures, because for the forst time in my life I am going to elections. Yes, don´t be surprised :-)
September = skirtember. I found this group on Facebook, and during the month of September I am going to wear mostly skirts and dresses. But since it is cold in the morning, I bought today a mountain of tights to complete the mission.

Learning to use a scooter
Greta has been learning to use a scooter this summer, because our friend Carlos gave her a scooter as a present for her second birthday. But for some unknown reasons, she found it really difficult to learn, and was falling sometimes and losing control. So I heard about another kind of scooter, with 2 wheels in front and one back (while the scooter Greta has, has two wheels back and one in front). And.... it is magic! Just after a minute of using it she understood the principle! She has learnt! Yay!

Jazz and just lots of good shopping
Yesterday we had a babysitter, while we were at the Jazz Festival with our colleagues from work, and went for a walk in the town.
And when we got home, a nice surprise was waiting for us. 2 boxes from iHerb and the new Ottobre magazine. Once again, iHerb is amazing. These containers have a freezer element to keep food fresh all the time. Plus subscreen and antibug and the foot lotion, and the tea.
More shopping. Onr tee for everybody - with the jazzfestival logo. Plus some things for me and Santiago.

So nice to do shopping sometimes :-))
