Yet another race

Nobody had a better day than me today :-P
Greta had a kids race, and I had my 9 km race in a hilly terrain, both did pretty good. Greta had a wonerful time in the playground with our friend Vira while I was running.
At home we had a nice dinner and a nice evening. Tomorrow Santiago leaves to Germany, and we continue having girls fun at home :-)

Right now

The trip to the north. Near Mo i Rana.

We started driving Friday evening, and was near Mo i Rana already late morning.
Around 2 am, near Trondheim. A pity I did not take a better picture of the sunset with all that pink colors.

Greta woke up arount 6-7am

And the view started to get better and better.


Pretty happy, if you ask me. We never did such a long trip before, so this was a new experience for us.

So we took a coastal road to Mo i Rana, includind a ferry.




Suddenly we saw a beach, and just had to try it, since it was a great weather. The water was cold, but we did bath.





Later Santiago wanted to see the caves, which was pretty interesting, but before that we had a picnic :-)

Lofoten and Vesterålen

We just came back home from a trip to the Northern Norway. We drove by car to Bodø, took a ferry to Lofoten, drove Lofoten north, then Vesterålen, and drove back the beautiful coastal road, that took way too much time. We opened our door home this morning at 4am, after driving the whole day. A few pictures, so you can make the idea of how wonderful Norway is :-)

Just a happy child

Vesterålen. We lived in a tiny village called Nyksund, and I hope we go back there somrtime ago in the future. This was a short walk to a nice beach in the north og Langøya.


The nature and the animals are fantastic. Just look at this tiny baby-bird here.

In Vesterålen we also visited the museum of Hurtigruten.
