Time for a new residency permit picture

Sunday

A little bit of everything:

- Greta loves homemade blackcurrant and redcurrant jam

- We went to another mountain today and had a great time cross country skiing. Greta went part of the way by herself with a little pulling and pushing help.

- My baked cheese and ham buns do not last very long after they are made. Looks like my family really loves them (32 buns in 2 days!)

- Want to watch some comedies. Recommend!?

- Want to try playing monopoly on ipad. More board games you recommend?

- I started planning Greta's third birthday and started making something interesting for the guests (but this will be a secret for some more time)

- the weather is really great now, a bit windy though, and too icy and slippery to run on (right, never happy with the weather)

- I did run 5 km today anyway (plus 9 crosscountry yesterday, plus 3 crosscountry today), and the knee does not hurt. I guess I will increase gradually to avoid injuries again.

- 1 week before Greta and me are going to visit my parents, her grandparents, for a week, in Sochi

- Greta has a lot of clothes to mend, so I started today. Many of then are loaned from her friend, so it will be ood idea to return in a good shape, too.

- Greta is real fun to play hide and seek with. She hides in the closet, with her feet handing visible, and I look everywhere but there. She laughs from inside there, but she is really impatient and gets out before I find her, laughing and saying "here I am!"

- I made a wonderful pasta with spinach, cheese and corn, but she does not eat it... bu the way, she eats only cheese thes days...

- we were planning to go to Hemsedal for an alpine weekend, ut we probably pass, not good economy this year :-)

- I want to cut my hair

- Greta's hugs are incredibly tender and sweet.

- Can't believe she will get to be a three year old so soon!

- I really could not get up this morning. Maybe I need a bit more sleep. And one of my eyes is always red when I get up for the last 5 days. hmmmm.

The skiing

In a very bad weather and strange snow conditions. We did around 9 km. Lovely! Greta enjoyed in the "pulk".

Thinking about summer

 
 
Yet another summer dress for Greta. I really enjoyed sewing it, but it will have to wait until summer, anyway. But I know Grta will like it.

How happy she was today to go as a black cat. Looking forward to see the kindergarden pictures :-)

It is made now. And it is very tasty!

The experiment

The first time I am trying to make the no knead bread. I decided to try the beer bread. Baking tomorrow, so I am waiting impatiently.

The last day at home

Tomorrow is the kinderdgarten and work. Greta is well aware of that and she says she missed her kindergarten friends, too. Meanwhile, we had a good day at home. I wanted to take her to the horse farm to take a look at some horses, but she wanted to stay at home today. Yes, it was strange that even horses did not convince her. But in the swimming pool today, she was a star! She started wanting to swim all by herself all of a sudden, she jumps like crazy into the water now (before she jumped too, but very carefully, preferrably holding our hands), swam to the border, and was incredibly active (even considering she did not nap today).

Nice to start the day with some astronomy books :-))

And then to watch Moomin together with mommy.

And have pasta with this tomato sauce.

And painting and coloring

And this was inspired by Kigami. Well, we just needed to do something for St.Valentines Day, even when daddy is away for a trip. We made this paper wreath together and glued it to the door of her room. She loved it.

We love birthdays these days

We have been to Kristinas birthday today, and Greta is so happy, she asks me all the time to arrange a birthday for herself. Well, she has to wait two more months, but I am alreafy having ideas about it. Meanwhile, look how she girls enjoyed themselves.

Doll panties

I found this ineteresting tutorial this morning about how to make underwear for dolls :-)) I just had to try, since our doll has no underwear. This is very simple to make so we made three panties.

2 days at home

Ant 3 days more to come. But Santiago gave me the possibility to go skiing tonight, so I had several nice hours out there in the cold with my friends. But the rest of the day was pretty nice, too. Look yourself.
