When everybody sleeps
I eat cake-pops! First, I had to make them, but it was so easy peasy. Now I hear snoring from upstairs, but I am sure tomorrow somebody will like to try them, too. And I knit the dress for Milton doll. Will be ready soon. And I plan Greta's birthday party. And the trip to Spain/Andorra. So many things to do.

Today
Today has just started, but we already cleaned the house (not without help of the little hands) and are playing now!
Yesterday
Apart from visiting our friends, we just enjoyed ourselves and ate cupcakes, had fun on the sofa and had a nice walk in the warm weather outside.

Welcome, spring!
Summer toys are out, winter toys are in, the garden is clean now, so just wait until the greens to grow. Nice to spent time outside now.

A salad full of colours
I never imagined one could combine so many colours (and tastes) in one salad. Theck out this salad, give it a try, and you will not regret!
Now, I made so much that I will be eating it for 2 days more now. Looking forward for tomorrow just to eat it again.

Milton is finished
This will be a present for Greta's birthday. One of them, anyway. I spent a lot of time knitting, and I am not completely happy with the result. Neither I am sure if I want to make more dolls like this one, I am pretty tired after this one. And the hair is a pain to make. Spent two evenings just with it. Now, this one is naked (well, in the panties), so I started making a dress for her, which is more fun than making the doll itself.
Anyway, I hope Greta likes the doll.
The doll is from Arne and Carlos knitted dolls book. Her name is Milton.

Berry day
Today I ate a lot of berries. Just felt an urge to eat it all. First, the redcurrant. See how good it looks.
And even better with a bit of raw cacao nibs and agave nectar. Yummy!
Then, I could not resist these strawberries. Of course, they are not so good as the authentic norwegian strawberries, but still.
Sprinkle with raw cacao nibs and cream!
This summer we will pick all the possible fruits that Norway offers to us. I am really looking forward!

An easy and tasty lentil soup
Ingredients:
100 g green lentils
1.5 onions (I would take two, but just half of it was not in a good shape)
2 ts curry paste
2 cubes chicken broth
1 spoon coconut butter
1 spoon coconut oil
4 spoons cream
a pinch of salt
Preparation:
Boil lentils for 20 minutes on medium heat.
Fry the onion with curry paste in coconut oil, add chicken broth with 1 l boiled water, add lentils and the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Enjoy!
The spring comes to the garden
I am still lazy to start doing somrthing in the garden, but soon I will have to start thinking what to plant this year, and generally, make the garden look nice. Meanwhile what we already have, it grows and there are even some flowers there. Spring, no doubt.
