Lately, we try to paint a bit more. I thought, Greta did not like the paint, but they assured me in the kindergarten, that she does. Now we paint more at home. All of them is gouache, except the second one - it is fingerpain. Paintings are in chronological order. The last two are painted at the mountain cabin :-)

Greta´s folder
I was cleaning today in the paper and documents shelf, and found an ordinary folder that had a lot of papers having something to do with Greta. Most of it was trash (some embassy applications, letter notifications about haven received our applications about something or invitations to a mothers meeting at the clinic) and I got rid of it. The rest (her diplomas and certificate of attending the music class and the swimming courses, the pepers from the first days in the hospital when she was born, etc.) is still in the folder, but now the folder looks much better and personal :-) I used some scrapbooking paper and laces. That is all.
The Glue Day
Today two things happened. First, I participated in a TV show hoping to be selected among 250 people to fulfill my dream. In this case, my dream was to build a tennis hall in Kongsberg. Well, we will see. It was pretty cold today and I had to be in the queue for more than 2 hours, so when it was my turn to speak, I was shaking and shivering of cold, and probably forgot to tell half of the things I wanted to... Wel well...
The other thing it our art evening. Today we used glue. I cut lots of circles from my scrapbooking paper and we were glueing them to the paper. This is Greta in process. She is so good at this.
Greta in the kindergarten!
I received the pictures of Greta from the kindergarten. Moste of them are quite old, but anyway it is nice to see her so happy there.

Long weekend. Day 4 and the last. The 17th of May
The 17th of May is the Norwegian Consitution Day. This time we saw it happen is a little town of Rjukan.

And after that we found somewhere to play near a kindergarten. A slide and a swing, what else do we need to be happy?

And that was all, now we had to go back home. This time we decided to take the road through Heddal and take another look to the Heddal church - the biggest stave church in Norway.

And, finally home! Greta missed her bike :-)

Meanwhile, at home
While I am taking care of our last weekend pictures, it is a new weekend here now, so let's enjoy it too.
1. Santiago and Greta are enjoying their pate :-)
2. We thought we had lost the magnets we bought in Eilat, because we could not find them anywhere. But today I found them in the plastic bag we brought with us :-) We always bring some mangets from the places we have been too. The third one is a present for one of our friends.
3. And I made several hairbands. It was meant for Greta, but the first one I made was too big for her, but perfect for me.
Long weekend. Day 3. Krossobanen and the lake Tinnsjøen
In the morning we discovered a great place to play in the house on the last floor, so after some time playing there Greta had a siesta there, while we were making gazpacho.
And after that we went to the other side of the town Rjukan, to the top of another mountain, using Krossobanen. After playing a bit in the kids area and contemplating Gaustatoppen from ths side, we started our way down. 4 km walking to go from 886 moh down to 403 moh.

And this is a 180 degrees panorama from the lake Tinnsjø - one of the biggest in Norway. I like it so much because if you want to go see a fjord, but do not want to go too far, you can go to this lake because it looks just like some fjords do.
